The following User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is addressed to an indefinite number of individuals (hereinafter “User”, “Buyer”) who visit the Ailand Online Platform (hereinafter the “Online Platform”), which includes the website ailandsystems.com (hereinafter – the “Website”), when using, ordering, paying for, receiving orders, communicating by email, phone, or otherwise interacting with the Ailand Online Platform.

By using the Website, placing an order, making a payment, or otherwise interacting with the Online Platform, the User confirms their agreement with the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, please do not use the Online Platform.

The Online Platform reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement. Please review this Agreement periodically, as continued use of the Online Platform after changes are made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

User inquiries sent by email are accepted 24/7, but processed during business days.

ORDER PLACEMENT

In the order form, the User must provide the following information: email address, full name, country and delivery address, and contact phone number. If the User wishes to make payment on behalf of a business entity, the company name and registration code must also be provided.

An order is considered accepted for processing only after confirmation from the Online Platform (by email or other means of communication).

The Online Platform reserves the right to decline an order or contact the User for clarification of details.

A purchase contract is considered concluded once the Online Platform confirms acceptance of the order for fulfillment.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The Online Platform may change prices, assortment, promotions, or offers without prior notice.

Depending on the selected payment method, the User may be redirected to a third-party payment service provider to complete the transaction.

The User acknowledges that independent of the Online Platform, carriers, delivery services, or financial institutions (collectively – “Third Parties”) may apply additional fees or tariffs for their services. The Online Platform bears no responsibility for such charges but will make reasonable efforts to inform Users of any changes.

All payment system fees or commissions are borne by the User unless stated otherwise.

DELIVERY

The Online Platform ships products worldwide using postal and courier services (such as Nova Poshta Global, DHL, FedEx, Meest Express, etc.).

The Online Platform reserves the right to select the most cost-effective delivery service considering price, speed, and reliability.

For international shipments, additional taxes, customs duties, or fees may apply in accordance with the recipient country’s regulations. Such expenses are the responsibility of the User.

The Online Platform is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, strikes, force majeure, or the actions of postal operators.

The User may request a change to the delivery address only before the order has been transferred to the carrier, by contacting hello@ailandsystems.com.

INVOICES AND WARRANTIES

A transaction document (receipt, invoice, or similar) for the total amount of the purchase will be generated electronically and sent to the User’s email address no later than the moment of delivery of goods.

If the User wishes to receive the document in paper form, they must notify the seller before completing the order (by adding a note in the “Order Notes” section).

An electronic receipt has the same legal effect as a paper document.

If the product includes a warranty, the warranty certificate will be provided electronically and sent to the User’s email address. By clicking “Confirm Order,” the User agrees to receive the warranty certificate electronically.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The User may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the product, provided it has not been used and retains its original condition.

To initiate a return, the User must contact hello@ailandsystems.com, providing the order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the User unless otherwise agreed with the Online Platform.

For international orders, return conditions may vary depending on carrier policies and customs regulations of the shipping or destination country.

COMMUNICATION AND NOTIFICATIONS

The User agrees to receive communications related to order processing, service support, marketing offers, and service quality surveys.

The User may opt out of marketing messages at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” or by contacting hello@ailandsystems.com.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and final document governing the relationship between the User and the Online Platform.

Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the applicable law determined by the Online Platform’s place of registration.
