1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or modification.
  • Drones that show signs of flight use, software alteration, or custom firmware.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@ailandsystems.com with your order details.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions.
Please do not send any items back before receiving confirmation.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped products.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we can offer a replacement or repair instead of a refund.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
